The hub of our community, Trop Café offers buffet style dining all day.

Meet your friends for a dip in the pool! The heated and gated swimming pool is located in the courtyard area and is open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Burn off the stress of school in the fitness center! The fitness center is equipped with treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, and weight machines and is open from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Find some peace and quiet in our study lounge. The Study Lounge and Computer Lab is open 24 hours a day and is equipped with four computers and a printer for your use. Bring your friends for a study session, or relax in our comfy lounge chairs. Free printing is available in the study lounge to all residents of Tropicana Student Living. 

Relax with friends in the Recreation Room with a game of ping-pong, air hockey, or pool. Our Resident Assistants will also use the Rec Room to offer exciting social and educational activities such as faculty speakers from SBCC, pool and ping-pong tournaments, and arts and crafts.

Adjacent to the study lounge, the Laundry Facility has  credit card operated washers and dryers. 

Tropicana Del Norte has tons of bike parking. If you choose to bring your car, we have vehicle parking above ground and underground available for sale. Please visit our pricing page for more information.
