SBCC Pricing

Your Individual Housing Package at Tropicana Del Norte Includes:

At Tropicana Del Norte, you sign an individual contract for a bed space in a shared residence hall suite. The pricing is per person, so you are responsible for you and only you, not your roommates. Your all-inclusive payments include:

  • On-site Meal Plan (10 meals a week included in base cost of contract, with the option to adjust to 7, 14, 17 or 19 meals per week)
  • Rent
  • All Utilities (electricity, water, gas, trash, high-speed internet)
  • Light housekeeping twice a month

Your payment is based on the bedroom occupancy that you choose. We offer the following contract occupancy types:

  • A bedroom: Single occupancy 
  • B bedroom: Standard Double occupancy
  • C bedroom: Triple* occupancy or Quad* occupancy

*C triples and C quads share two (2) desks and desk chairs.
