Your Individual Housing Package at Tropicana Del Norte Includes:

At Tropicana Del Norte, you sign an individual contract for a bed space in a shared residence hall suite. The pricing is per person, so you are responsible for you and only you, not your roommates. Your all-inclusive payments include:

  • On-site Meal Plan (10 meals a week included in base cost of contract, with the option to adjust to 7, 14, 17 or 19 meals per week)
  • Rent
  • All Utilities (electricity, water, gas, trash, high-speed internet)
  • Light Housekeeping twice monthly

Your payment is based on the bedroom occupancy that you choose. We offer the following contract occupancy types:

  • A bedroom: Single occupancy (limited) or Small Double occupancy (limited).
  • B bedroom: Standard Double occupancy.
  • C bedroom: Triple occupancy.

Shared Furnished Suite

  • All suites are 3 bedroom/2 bathroom with a shared living room
  • Fully furnished, including sofa, 2 living room chairs, coffee table, side table,
    twin extra long mattress and bed frame, dresser, desk and desk chair, TV, fridge, and microwave
  • Privacy blinds on all windows
  • Laminate wood floors in living room and carpeted bedrooms
  • All Utilities (Electricity, Water, and Trash) included  in rent installments
  • High-speed wired and wireless internet
  • All units are smoke-free
  • Housekeeping cleans your room twice a month

Parking Prices 2024-2025

Parking is not included in your contract, as many students choose to use alternative forms of transportation. Below you'll see the payment breakdown for parking. 

NOTE: You are agreeing to pay the total amount, in monthly installments, which are due the first of the month from August 2024 to May 2025. Parking is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Parking is not included in your contract, as many students choose to use alternative forms of transportation. Below you'll see the payment breakdown for parking. You may pay monthly from July 1 through April 1 for 10 monthly installments or you may pay in full for a 15% discount. All spots are assigned based on a first come, first served basis.

NOTE: You are agreeing to pay the total amount, even if you choose the monthly payments. Parking is non-refundable, so the full amount will be due.
