*The layout of the suites is determined by TSL prior to the opening of room selection and is based on the room preference demands of our incoming students.

All suites are 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom with a shared living room
Fully furnished. Living room includes sofa, 1 living room chair, coffee table, side table, and large-screen TV. Bedroom includes a twin extra long mattress and bed frame plus a dresser for each person, and a shared desk* and desk chair.
2 bathrooms in each suite, not down the hall!
Microwave and mini refrigerator included
Utilities included in rent

*A Small Doubles share one (1) desk and one desk chair. C triples and share two (2) desks and desk chairs.
